"If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?" Yes it can, this year for us in Southern Ontario. But still it must be worse, for the poor souls on Canada's East coast. :eek

Sunshine at last and our last day of gallivanting for a while & we trundled round Au in der Halletau, Wolnzach & Freising. :)

Schlossbrauerei Au in der Halletau (same as the hops) - Beer Garden - Speaks for itself really - A light luncheon, Obazda, Brezl & Bier - Can you tell what it is yet? - And now? - Another clue - Surely now? In the town of Wolnzach in the region of Oberbayern - Brother bear - Weihenstephan Friesing.

You could put your back out if you zoom to maximum without bracing yourself, nice perspective foreshortening on the zoomed bits.

Blech! Enough white stuff for we poor shivering Canucks. On the brighter side, I heard robins singing this morning, and red winged blackbirds were at my feeder :)

Which is not all that bad ... with all the snow we had, a slow melt cuts down on the chance of flooding ... And there are things to look forward to and enjoy. It's Maple Madness at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area: real maple syrup and pancakes:D And the hockey playoffs ... looks as if it might be the year for les Habitants:alright:
