Wondering if anyone has any Hyndburn school photos they would be prepared to let The Museum in the Arndale have. We only want a copy of them. We would return your photo the next day or quickly have it copied whilst you were in.

We are getting a nice little collection together. They are really interesting to look back on.

My mother who is 87 has some old photos of Hannah Street school when she was there and also when her grandmother was there If they are any use June I will bring them down for you to copy

I've only managed to get 2 photos off my mother. I thought she had loads of old school photos.

The first is my old school photo at Hannah Street Infants about 1954 ish
The second one is my mother's school photo at the Central School ( now called Hyndburn Park) in 1937
If these are any good to you June I can email them to you.
