Just heard of this and I think it's a really good idea. ICE stands for In Case of Emergency.
Use it in front of a telephone number in your mobile phonebook so that if you are ever in a situation the emergency services would know which number to ring.

I so this some time last week and had done the kids mobs .. it told you to put ICE 1 mun or dad ,ICE 2 gran or gran dad ICE 3 your doctor

why anyone would allow a child to use a cell phone is beyond me , why not just stick their head in the microwave

If it were dangerous, it would have been banned by our nanny state. The only time it allows anything dangerous to carry on is if it's getting some huge tax revenue from sales... :dummy2:

VAT's 17½% for most things. Anything dangerous, but money grabbing (fags, booze) gets its own, special, horrendous tax. Probably in addition to VAT.

I rest my case. ;)
