Do not buy any concert tickets from getmetickets.net

I purchased 4 tickets above retail price from this company 2 weeks before the gig - they promised that the tickets would arrive no later than 3 days before the event. When I didn't receive by the latest date I called them & was told that they would get someone to meet me on the day & hand the tickets over.

When I said I wasn't happy with this they offered a full refund, which never came. I did manage to get some more tickets from another company but getmetickets.net never refunded the money or called to arrange the collection on the day.

I am currently trying to get my money back, but have since learnt that they have appeared on Watchdog so I guess I'm in a long queue of not so happy live music fans!

By the way - the concert was Ian Brown at Manchester MEN & it was fantastic - so up yours getmetickets.net

This company were featured on BBC's Watchdog quite a while ago and they got a real slating for not delivering the goods.

they are the biggest con merchants on the go - I thought everyone was aware of them - total crooks & total ripoff - well documented on tv !
avoid like the plague !!

I used them before absolute con artists! I saw them on watch dog quite recently and i thought yeah i've also been scammed by them! Its sick trading standards haven't done anything :mad:

Just thought I'd update this & let you all know I got my money back! :Banane01: That'll pay for my Charlatan tickets in May!
