You might well roll those eyes mez. If that's best the boys can do, then it's no wonder there is so many unwanted pregnancies. I suppose it keep's lettie in a job. so she wont grumble to much. lol  :)

was in somerfield and spotted a packet of pork chops worth £11 with a big black hair in it. (packet still sealed). i bought it. finished my shopping. went back an hour later, receipt in hand and explained what i had discovered when i had got home. the customer services woman couldn't believe her eyes. i was given a new packet of pork and £11 back. cheers easy

Best Bargain I had was an electric operated "whippersnipper" which I got for $2.00Au...which is about 45pence hahahaha. It even worked too lol.

Best bargain i ever got must ave bin one of my daughters birthday pressies, i got her a silvercross pram, raincover, sun umbrella, travel cot, changing bag, car seat and doll with 3 outfits 4 £50 shes not stopped playing with it. Only thing is that makes me a nana at 27!!

just picked up from sunday market Accy a pc for £5 all working 64mb ram 4.2 gig drive AMD processer
it still had the cd in the drive windows 95 but now has 98se
with usb card too
with keyboard and mouse but no monitor can't have everything hehe

Back in the 60s I bought a car. It cost me 30 bob. It came complete with a tin with a bit of wire and two pieces of silver paper (it had no ignition key and you had to short the ignition to start it). The gear stick had to be held in with your knee as you drove, and it did help if you started it facing downhill with a strong following wind. Ran it for 3 weeks, sold it for parts to someone who had similar model (probably model T Ford) for 5 quid! Before the days of MOTs of course.

Never had such a bargain since! - mind you, it was difficult to get it to go beyond 20 mph.

just been up town and was looking around the charity shops.
and i found this.........
NORTON INTERNET SECURITY 2004 in its box
with book,cd,and registration code
so i risked it when i got it home i installed it and it registerd now i can get virus updates till 29/08/05 ALL FOR £1 hehe
