Fancy Dress

Hi need some ideas for fancy dress costume for Em's, we going to a 70/80's do in april and need a costume for. I bought a pink ladies for her it was 3-5 years but its massive. So will need a 2-3 year old one but am struggling to get one.

Any help would be great thanks.
