Please can you tell me ...how do you make mousaka?
i yahooed and this is all i got,
aubagines recipes

Found: 0 categories, 0 recipes and 0 recipes with 'aubagines' in the ingredients. :confused:

g/c try this site i love it go to recipes then international then greek & it comes under lamb & aubergine casserole hope this helps The Foody uk & ireland

Here is an italian aubergine recipe which is vegetarian and very tasty,for next time you buy aubergines

They are delicious.

When my friend Milly used to go back to Italy for the weekend, this is one of the things her Nonna used to send over for me.:)

I have printed all three recipes off,i dont know which to do first,:alright:, i have got some nice minced lamb,but all my spices are dried ones,where it says fresh,,,Now the white wine,,,,erm thats a good excuse to open a bottle:)

Use dried herbs - I rarely use fresh - but you need less of it if dried (more concentrated flavour in dried)

correct, dried herbs are fine but more concentrated.

We like a moussaka as well,

If you have some spare aubergine, make thin "crisp" like slices, batter and deep fry.

A lovely Spanish Tapas dish. ( I was eating them last week in Madrid! )
