cooking by numbers

Whilst i was watching 'This Morning' this morning, a man was on about useful websites, he comes onto the show every week

and this week he mentioned this site, what you do is tick the boxes that match what you have in your kitchen cupboards at home and it tells you what meals you can make out of what you have, i think its excellent...instead of thinking 'i've got nothing in for tea, what can i make?' it sorts it out for you

have a go, its brilliant

Get c00king!
Here is your lucky selection...

70% of 10 ingredients in Beef and Beans Pie.
A variation on cottage pie, this is tasty and quick.
You are missing an essential ingredient : Ground beef.

So how can i make that? :D

flashy 17-06-2008 18:36

Re: cooking by numbers

Re: cooking by numbers

Ok that was the lucky one ... this is what its said for the rest of it:

What are you going to c00k?
Here are the recipes you can make, so click on for a more information and how to do it, print it off and get cooking. They are listed in order, with the top one having the most % of ingredients you have.

100% of 1 ingredients in Grilled tomatoes.
A great accompaniment to many things, and just as good on their own.
100% of 1 ingredients in Chocolate dream
This is the best way to eat chocolate. My mother thinks that it is a crime to sully the taste by adding anything to it. So sit back and enjoy it.
100% of 1 ingredients in Tomato concassee
Its great stuff, this is what you can do with it.
100% of 2 ingredients in Baked Beans on Toast
We all know and love this, so go on get to it.
100% of 2 ingredients in Cheese on Toast
Come on don’t look at me like that, I had to include it, I have lived off it for long enough.
100% of 2 ingredients in Cheese Sandwich
The original Earl of Sandwich probably would turn in his grave at the common use of his name, but who cares? Tuck in.
100% of 2 ingredients in Hot or cold, Italian tomato salad.
A much more flavoursome way to eat a traditional salad.
100% of 2 ingredients in Baked bean sandwich
Hot or cold, the epitome of student cooking, here it is in all it's glory.
100% of 2 ingredients in A cup of coffee
So you only have coffee? Well make a cup, ponder on life and why you have no food in the house.
100% of 2 ingredients in Grilled Vegetables
A Mediterranean style of cooking your vegetables- don’t forget to turn them.
