Excessive sweating!
Does anybody on accyweb or anybody's partners suffer from excessive sweating but only at night in bed whatever the temperature?
Frank from time to time sweats so bad that he soaks the sheet and duvet through but it doesn't happen any other time! What could be the cause of this? Just wondering if anybody had any similar experiences, thanks! |

Re: Excessive sweating!
i sweat very little normally whether working or whatever, but if I drink too much, the bedding has to be changed, always been the same, and dont know the reason (apart from having a drink), have been told that ordinarily, although I dont sweat, I have very high body temperature during sleep!

Re: Excessive sweating!
I have one part theory, different beers have a worse/better effect than others, Carling is my favourite, but has the worst effect, guiness has the least effect!

Re: Excessive sweating!
If it is not happeening all the time I wouldn't worry about it.

My partner suffers the same problem - and he drinks - more than i would say is normal - maybe it is linked with the fact that alcohol stops you going into a "proper sleep" because when you sleep deeply your body temperature lowers. Ihate it - its like sleeping next to a radiator for some reason wearing night attire - t-shirt and shorts helps a bit  |
