There are very strong rumours that M&S is having a 20% off everything sale this Thursday 20 November and that on the day it'll be open longer.

It applies to online sales too and you get free delivery when you spend over £30
I haven't seen food online though - but everything else yes

Think I will cancel my trip into Marks tomorrow ... was just food.

Too be honest, apart from a few standard items find their clothes range the dowdiest on the planet.. :(

I have a wish list of skirt, jumper, leather gloves ready to convert to an order at midnight.
My past experience with M&S online sales means that you need to get in quick cos things sell out fast.

I have thought 'why buy clothes during hibernation?' - because I am an optimist :D
and I do go out about twice a month (to make sure the 4 minute warning hasn't happened and I missed it)


PS had a coat delivered from M&S monday and got 15%off so not returning nor griping

M&S do have some nice clothes but unfortunately the Accrington branch never gets any. You need to visit the bigger stores

I have an ankle circumference of 8"(very slim)
I choose not to display it often
...because doing so would serve no useful purpose.

I looked for you this afternoon Emzy, and couldn't see the socks you described (link is showing nothing in basket), but they are really overstocked, and difficult to get around the aisles.

Yes, was quite busy, but only seemed to be the queue at the counters which they were dealing with quite quickly.

There was no chance I was going in yesterday with the boys, tey would have ended up stressed never mind me lol

Might pop in today to see if I can find them, they are a pack of 3, only want the 1 pair like but will have to buy them all. Theyre only £3 for the set so not too bad really
