Where can I find a cheap decorator in the Accrington area?

I have recently had my living room fitted with new skirting boards, doors, coving, etc. I am now in need of a decorator in the Accrington area who is reasonably priced and free as soon as possible. Just need the lining paper and wallpaper putting on. I can do the painting and varnishing myself. Leave a message and I'll get back to you. Thanks.

Just need the living room papering. Its a bout 4.5 X 4.5 metres. Want lining paper putting on all the walls. Then the front wall wallpapering and the rest lining a second time (so i can paint at a later date). How much would this be and when are you available? Thanks.
