I'm not enjoying this

Decided to have another go at cooking this weekend, Meat, spuds and various other veg' all prepared and I've been cooking away for the past 3 hours, (no, I haven't had the spud's & veg' on all that time they have only been on for the last hour and a half).

yep, pleased with myself all the energy I've saved by using my gas cooker rather than nuking it in the micro-wave.

What I'm not going to enjoy is all the dishes, pans and utensil's that will need cleaning when I've finally finished.

Plus, I now don't feel hungry, been sampling everything as I go along never eaten so much in one day.

Got the former, had the latter for a while, but it made too much noise while performing even the simplest of tasks.

I've mellowed a little these day's, I realise that I'll never find the perfect woman, she doesn't have to be a nymphomaniac.

:)

Oh, no Mick, now you've given him a chance to turn this into a political thread, He'll be telling us that this is proof of the lack of stabilising the economy under Labour during this recession, which has led to this run-away inflationary hike in prices attacking the ordinary man and that his pint would have been safer under the Tory's.

Wash up as you go along, much simpler and easier to clean stuff when it's not dried on rock hard. Also, it gives you a warm glow when you put your plate by the sink after tea to find that there's virtually nothing there.

Even roast dinners shouldn't be too much hassle. They never are for me and I have one every Sunday.

Aye, Aye mate, you don't know Less's reputation then ?? :D the only warm glow Less requires is usually alcohol induced & he's happy at that:)

Ah, regrettably not. I've only just discovered Accrington Web so I'm a bit of a new boy but it's nice to see a few mates already using it!

My wife has taught me the value of Sunday rest so while I'm preparing the roast I always have a glass of red or three. Mind you, I cook most nights and I do that then too....I love cooking!

Am I too old to be adopted?
