Razor blades

I use an electric shaver most of the time, but occasionally have a wet shave, I noticed last week that it was time to buy some new blades, those little squares of tissue paper all over the face don't look right(shut it cashy and Neil:D)So this week I put some on my shopping list, which as just arrived, I'm now waiting for the ambulance (kidding)as I had an asthma attack when I saw the price, a pack of 5 Gillette G3 turbo razor blades £8 98p:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: what a rip off, think I'll go total electric from now on:(

Re: Razor blades

They are extraordinarily expensive.

I think Blair's babes hiked up the price, to counterbalance there being VAT on ladies 'products'.

:D

Re: Razor blades

Because they're so expensive they are the thing most nicked by shoplifters, apparently.

Though I've yet to see the lorry they're selling them from.

Re: Razor blades

I was told long ago that razors transported in bilk are treated like gold, and that it was one of the most expensive loads to carry, seems there may be some truth in it then. Mine are expensive, so I electric shave at weekend unless I am going out, but through the week I shave daily at least once.
