Help, Please

I am sure that I have seen a teach-in on loading photographs, but I cannot find it.
I have a photo of Hyndburn Park School that I would like to post. Please can anyone tell me how to go about it - or point me to the original
teach-in:)

Barry, I spent ages yesterday following Lens instructions but each time it ended up looking like I was going to download my whole 'c' drive, at least all my photos! So I gave up on the Hyndburn Park School photo, I'll see how you go on. Better luck than me!
