Unwanted toys
i was just wondering if there was a childrens charity or someone who collects for childrens hospitals or something i could give some toys to ? i'm planning a clearout in the attic and i know there's some stuff up there that is too good to take to the tip and it would be nice to think some less than fortunate children could benefit from them

Re: Unwanted toys
just take them to the children's ward at any hospital
they are always looking for toys books etc |
Re: Unwanted toys
Mick, they might not accept them......because the disinfection of them is usually either not practical or expensive.
Personally, I would take them to either the Hospice shop or to the British Heart foundation.......both charities that would value such a donation at this time of year....and this would benefit some hard up parents too...who perhaps cannot afford brand new gifts for their children. |
