As from 29th may the last 464 bus from accrington to haslingden /rochdale will be at 850 there are a few folk who need this bus to get to work hollands pie shift workers for one

Yup, like I said , they don't give one about their passengers as they have a monopoly on the route, change the times and double the fares, they don't care. ( They don't respond to emails and complaints either..:rolleyes:)

Stopped using them, go for the first bus now which is Lancashire United, fare £1.60 compared to £2.20 for RT and I now walk home, sod em.

why blame rossendale transport .... the late buses were subsidised by lcc ... lcc are stopping the subsidies ... so if they cant afford to run them then why run them ....

because like Lindsay said, they are useless, they have extortionate fares and they don't even get back to you when you email them, Jen you can't keep defending them forever hun

They are run by Rossendale Council which is a good enough reason for why they are expensive.
Yes I know it is now a private company owned by the council but I bet most of the management moved across from the council so they will still have the council way of running things firmly in there heads.

wrong .... theres only 1 there management wise who was there when the buses turned private .... and that person was the fitting shop boss when it changed ... the rest have all retired ....

Slightly later bus on Fridays only, the X41 departs Accy Peel St 2145.

Shocking that the council will allow this (the 464 situation) to happen on a major route like this. Just think, only a few months back they wanted to spend millions putting in 24-hour bus lanes.
