£50 note

A new £50 note has been issued today, so if you have any of the old ones they'll be withdrawn from circulation in a few months, so you'd better dig um out;);)

I wish you'd mentioned it earlier.

Re: £50 note

Why do we have such an aversion to £50 notes? My weekly shop at the supermarket comes to more than £50 and if I buy clothes, I often spend more than £50, but I prefer to deal in £20 notes and less. And if I go to a cashpoint, I'd very rarely get LESS than £50 out, but if a £50 note came out, I wouldn't rest until I'd changed it.

Strange. :confused::confused:
