Healthy Drinking

Some of you may have been curious enough to have read:-
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/f...ark-62595.html

Thank you for that now may I give you a tip to healthy drinking,

Obviously I had far more Baby Corn sprouts/stalks/bits, whatever to put into a salad just for one person.

So what I have done is diced the remaining corn put it into a plastic bag and into the freezer.

It is now just as good as a couple of ice cubes to place into the navy rum I'm enjoying at the moment, the great thing is, as they defrost they don't water down the spirit as often happens with inferior Ice cubes.
;)

Just thought of another more indulgent way of avoiding ice cubes for the lonely amongst us.
Instead of just snacking on the odd choccy bar, break it into it's little cubes freeze them, two warm feelings at once, the booze and that slow melt in the mouth moment, MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

No doubt weight watchers will send me a cheque soon, when suddenly they get extra members.
On the minus side alcoholics anonymous will make themselves known to me complaining about their extra members with rotten teeth!
:p

Well bit offtopic :) but I have broke docs orders. I have a really bad cough and chest within two days I have bought a bottle of red stagg and a bottle of jack d honey. £40 later I am still coughing like mad, I am not any healthier. But I feel a merrier at least

To be honest I've just over quarter bottle of the jd honey left. It set me off. I've missed the red stag and I'm a few doubles or so into that?

Almost all alcoholic beverages are made from fruit or veg - surely that must count towards your "5 a day"?
