velvet remnants

Any one know where I can get hold of some oddments of velvet , any colour and size will be fine please. A friend of mine who lives in Scotland is visiting Accrington in Oct and is hoping she will be able to take some home with her, Thanks Diane.

Is Giron Freres still going on Victoria Street in Accy. They used to make velvet.
