Accyweb mafia
 

Until this morning I didn't know there was an Accyweb mafia, however I awoke to find my self sharing a bed with a horses head.

I therefore am in need of help, the reason for this is that it won't fit in my micro-wave so I will have to cook it in my oven could some-one please tell me at what gas mark and for how long?

I wondered where my nag's head had got to. :o
The ****** got what was coming to it, after wanderin' off down the race course with my money on it's back, last week. :(

I couldn't find any instructions on cooking a horse's head, Less. but I would imagine that you would tackle it in the same way as sheep or pig's heads.

However there are some horse meat recipies here....
