Was passing and the land has been levelled now gradually being filled by travellers vans, lorry's etc etc.

No sign of any officials from the council taking a hand but a local told me at the site they have run a underground electricity supply for the vans to use. Poor old Spring Hill area is really suffering when you have a walk around and Hyndburn Council should be stepping in but no sign of any action.
