Right . . . 2nd Clue day . . .
It's not a song, it is a whistle. It is also not a Deck related poser neither. You need to be around my age [56] to remember it. Someone used to blow a whistle to announce they were in the area. Got you going now. I'll be back tomorrow with another clue. Can't vouch for the time, I have a life [sort of].
Tunny.

Best ice cream in the Accy area, bar none. I heard a rumour that the Italians offered to buy the recipe, but he wouldn't sell.

His son, Ian, was in my (and Tunny's) class at AGS.

Last time I saw him was when he appeared in the Sunday Telegraph mag in an article about building on green space and farm land about 10 years ago. He probably sold up to some property magnate and disappeared. I always remember him getting sent out of class at junior school to wash his ears and clean his fingernails. He'll thank me for that.

Fond memories of wandering in as a kid into the creamery to get a cone and the wonderful smell of it. Closed after his dad and mum died and converted the lot. Pipers Row is were the old barn was that we played in as kids. Houses were built where we had our bonfire.
