I hate November as there isn't anything to look forward to. Dark nights, no Bank Holidays and quite away from Christmas.

Memories never die, as long as you aren't skinny, and share them with others.

Keep strong GC, and keep your happy memories alive xxx

Granny, your memories are what brighten up the dull days......get out your happy snaps.......the times you laughed and had fun. It might make you cry now, but imagine if those times had never existed.
Some people never know the love and happiness you have experienced in your life.

Write a blog......share your memories with others, and at the same time relive them yourself.
Be strong.( x )

Aaah G-C, sounds like you have been a lucky lady to have had such a lovely man in your life.

GC, the first year is the worst. There are all those special dates to be lived through, for the first time, on your own. It is so hard.

Like you, September meant a lot to me. On the 15th I would have been married 47 years, this year, but it wasn't to be. I can just smile and feel a bit sad now because Time has healed the raw pain. You will find that, too, though you probably don't believe it yet.

Oh Granny C.:(

If I was your husband I'd let you buy the flowers, because I physically couldn't, but l'd tell you they were for you, to keep in our house, to look at and enjoy, and not to take them to the crematorium.

I'd bet if he could, your dear hubby would say the same thing.

Thinking about you at this time, and you Westender xx

Good.:)

My great-grandmother always told her daughters to give her flowers anytime they wanted to whilst she was alive, because they were no good to her when she was up the graveyard.:D

Having two bunches is a good compromise.:)
