Walt Disney was a pioneer in the field.

So you did go to the pictures on Saturday mornings?

I wonder if conspiracy theorists have ever wondered if the plethora of theories that are circulated, have been deliberately fed to them, in order to control their thoughts?

:rolleyes:

Subliminal messaging is not a theory, it is fact.
The theory bit comes in when the reasons for doing it are questioned.

As I pointed out on here, just the other week, when Dr. Who tried to destroy the Evil One.

Can I ask, why if you don't enjoy a bit of T.V. nostalgia do you have to come on to a thread about all our favourites and smear it with more of your keyboard diarrhoea?

I have fond memories of all the prog's mentioned so far, be it that they are from my own childhood or even if they are from when I used to force my children to watch the 'haunted fish-tank', they weren't messages, subliminal or otherwise they were exactly what they are today a little bit of time-wasting fun.

May I take this moment to declare that despite some of the rumours spread during an early accyweb meet I have never had anything against Maggie, nor have we conspired in any way, shape or form.

I do find it wonderful that to converse with her I have to rely on someone quoting anything I might say to her.

If you wish to join me on her ignore list, please feel free to put all I've said on this thread into one large post then stand well back, I'm sure she would love to put us both in our places.

:cool:

Whenever I take a few days off he finds someone else to aim at.
So I stay ......doing a civic duty.:rolleyes::)
I like being useful, but please avoid quoting him whenever you can.
It just causes a ripple in an otherwise pleasant day.

We didn't get a telly until I was 13 years old .. know that Mum and Dad paid £72 for it (a Pye) after an Insurance Policy paid out. Remember coming over Queens Road bridge knowing it would be sat proud on the varnished little table in the niche at the side of the fireplace.

Just watched everything I could ... yes, even Muffin the Mule and Andy Pandy, though too old for them. Was just the wonder of this new technology.

Not really nipper stuff but I was just into my teens, can anyone remember a duo who always seemed to be on Granada evening news in the 60's doing a number. They sounded abit like Simon and Garfunkle. Almost sure they never made it big outside the region. Been drivin me nuts for years trying to remember. :theband:
