Outer Info Ads

Could anyone tell me how to get rid of the pop up adverts from Outer Info.
Spybot and Ad-Aware are no help.

Thanks for the advice Len. I downloded Spyware Doctor and registered it, it got rid of some things but still left with the outerinfo ads
