heh, a good trick to play on someone is to get a screenshot of their desktop, remove all their icons, set the screenshot as their background and watch them angrily clicking at the 'non-existant' icons :D

Re: Desktops

Jedi, click teh go advanced button, then select the image as an attachement

If you want to know how to do the screengrab, press CTRL - PRINTSCREEN then goto your image editing software and click paste as new image (or just paste depending on what you use. Save it as a JPG

Re: Desktops

all PCs will screen grab. hold ALT and Printscreen button the open image editor and do edit-paste.

You may need to create a blank image first but thats all

accymel 08-03-2007 15:17

Re: Desktops

No matter cant do it, my photo editor wont do a blank & cant find anything else that will paste it into:confused:

Open Paint
Press the "Select" button (rectangle dotted box near the top left corner).
Place your cursor over the white blank page.
Right click & select paste.

I had a do at recalibrating there K.S.H. but I think I'm on a non-starter anyway because a lot relies on what I think I can see which isn't necessarily accurate and then when I did a test run it looked worse than before so I've gone back to how I was despite the last two darkest blacks seeming to merge together.

Did you use the Adobe gamma or try the program in the 2nd link?

Changed my background when the cube's in action, didn't like the sea/rocks one
