Need help with Evidence Eliminator

First I hope what I write is not against fourm rules.

I downloaded evidence elminator 5.0 from kazaa yesterday it came with a cracked patch and a keygen. So I installed it put my cd key in what worked.
Then I did the cracked patch it worked so I read the help menu info and set it up did the  scan restart(I think that is what it is called) it scanned that worked and then it restarted my computer and when windows loaded it up it had do you want to update your program(big mistake I hit yes.)

Then I tryed to run it agian and when I hit test mode since I wanted to see what that did it went to their website and said nothing to worry about your computer crashed and we have locked you cd key to get back email us to unlock it.

So I though oh well at least I have a keygen time to use another key so I uninstalled the program and reinstalled this but this is were it got weird it would install but it would install as if it already had the key.

So it installed and I clicked on its Icon to run the program it would come up and it would just hang their it said in the top left counter that "this product is resistrated(hope that is spelt right) and then it had it name evidence elminator and on the task bar thing it had microsoft front view page and does not matter how long i wait it will  never get past that point.

Also I tryed many cracks what say it should unlock it but nothing seems to work. I hope someone can help me plz because it is a good program. Also my bro installed the patches on his computer and his is still working fine.

If you are downloading from Kazaa be sure you are running an Anti-Virus program!

NEARLYEVERYTHING I HAVE DOWNLOADED HAS BEEN FOUND (BY NORTON ANTI VIRUS) TO CONTAIN, MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, A VIRUS.

THIS COULD BE YOUR PROBLEM AS OPPOSED TO A PROGRAM FAULT.
