Error report
 
i just brought brian lara cricket 2007 today installed it and when i play it i get past the menus load up a match and then the full screen minimses and i get a error report thing its bugging me i want to play and it wont let me

here are the specs

- Windows XP - i got xp media centre
- DirectX 9.0c - dno wot i got
- Pentium III @ 1.4GHz - i got intel centrino @ 1.86GHz
- 256Mb RAM - I got 1GB
- Supported Graphics card - dno bwt gfx card its a laptop
- DirectX Compatible Sound Card - dno
- 2x DVD-ROM Drive - dno have fast
- 4.5 Gb Hard Drive Space - got 100gb free

most likely the gfx card of the laptop is not up to it. OPen device manager (control Panel - System - ) find what the display adaptor is and post it here.

Mobile Intel(R) 945GM express chipset family it has two under display adaptor

Intel graphics chipsets are very poor for 3D peformance so its likely to be the limiting aspect of your laptop.

Your initial post doesn't mention what gfx requirements are.

There is something you can try to help us work out if it is teh gfx chip

Do Start - Run type "eventvwr" hit return

you will be offered Application, System and Security

Choose App and Systems in turn and look through each entry for clues as to what has caused it to crash. It may sound dead techie but you should see some error

seems there is a problem with your chipset but it can be fooled into thinking its not an intel 945
