if your using ie7 there is a popup stopper built in to the bar at the top on the bar at the far right click on settings,then on Options, you will have three options go to "more" second section down on that page is the settings for popup blocker make sure there is a tick in the enable popup blocker box then save your settings you should be ok then i use ie7 and dont get any popups

if you still need to download a popup blocker go to this site and search downloads there is plenty there and free.
