I install AVG on any Windows PCs I set up, some argue that others are better, I've never seen a problem on a PC that is kept up to date ( which IMHO are daily).

I use Linux so don't have teh worry

I would suggest either AVG or avast, personally I use avast.

I use AVG and (touch wood) have not had any problems.......

I have been using AVG (on both my PC and laptop) for several years and never had any problems. I also like the fact that AVG can be set to update every day.

Since a recent update, my Avg always needs a system reboot before it becomes operational. It never used to do that. Have others found the same?
