Wierd fault
 

TEchnical question for Entwistle or Mick.

whilst browsing thro Acc Web todays posts, the page suddenly went to 2/3rds its width, became difficult to read.

Tried display settings every thing Ok.
Tried reboot, still no luck
Switched of for 10 mins still same

System restore back to yesterday cured it.

What happened, what caused it.

Retlaw.

was there a scroll bar across the bottom? did it affect everything i.e. other programs or just your browser, Do you have and 'extended desktop' option on your display settings(you can on some Gfx cards set a virtual desktop much bigger than the screen can display).

Was the size of teh fonts increased? i.e. was there some 'zoom' setting enabled?

It was probably soem setting that you accidentally enabled
