Laptop not too well..Help needed

Hello. Need some help with my lap top..I am on the tower computer at the moment, but my downstairs lap top has just stopped loading..OK what did I do ? Well after typing an e/mail and I think hitting a wrong key, the lap top started to shut down. When I tried to re-start it , it begins to load windows vista, and then goes to a blank screen. I did move the small table it sits on rather fast and it did jerk a bit ,,,Maybe I have shook something up inside it ?

Who would you recommend to have a look at it and not get overcharged ?

Any help would be appreciated........Tony :D

Your all to late.....PC Cellular sorted it, new hard drive...Now it's wizzing LOL Tony
