Reece has managed to delete the antivirus on my laptop and it's died, it says its being 'attacked' by trojans, can't even do a system restore...anyone fancy taking it away and bringing it back to life for me? having to use my dads pc to come on here, i'm gutted :(

cheers Neil, everytime i try and do something it keeps coming up with 'your software is infected, buy antivir software now' and it takes me to a page where i can buy this software, thats obviously the virus. can't even get to system restore on it, its doing my head in

I had to deal with one of these a few months ago: My stepdaughter's friend had been watching "Glee" online before it was broadcast here.

Got it all fixed and she was back with the same problem a week later!

If you can get it to the shop before this time next week, I'll take a look!

i don't know Pete, Neil took it away yesterday and he says its back working fine now, i'm sure he'll tell you what was wrong with it
