milk on touch pad mouse

Re: milk on touch pad mouse

Turn it off an leave teh laptop somewhere warm( NOT HOT!!!) to dry out fully before trying to use it again. If its still faulty then you either need to get a new one fitted or just use a mouse/trackball with it instead.

Re: milk on touch pad mouse

its also worth giving the surface of the pad a wipe with a screen wipe or baby wipe because milk will leave a residue on the surface and will interfere also

Yes we all know we shouldn't, but we all still do, he says whilst sipping his brew then balancing it precariously close to his keyboard.
:o

Perhaps Toast & Marmalade for breakfast in future? (It won't stop those slip ups but takes longer to gum up the keys).:)

Been there, done that, washed the keyboard & left it on a radiator to dry. (Do not try this at home).:D

I suspect you have done similar but dried your keyboard in the microwave, THAT explains why your spell checker never works.
:)

Nout wrong with the spell checker Less, its the prat that doesn't check that what is corrected is actually right and not in the wrong context where the promlem lies:D
