What's your preferred internet security suite?
 

I would like to find out who prefers what when it comes to internet security suites. There's many out there, yet we all have our own preferences.

Haven't voted, everyone with sense, chooses one or the other, the rest just turn Windows updates off then complain when everything crashes..

Would it surprise you to know, none of the above ? Where does Avira figure, or even Rapport as recommended by the Banks (RBS/Nat West at least) ? :)

Bullguard Restless, Margaret P gave me the tip about 3 years ago and have used it ever since, used to have Mcafee, but its crap. I find Bullguard very good never had any problems, mind you its rare I go anywhere on the Web except local websites and newspapers +YouTube

I use Rapport as well, as recommended by my bank.

Microsoft Security Essentials, its as good as any of the others and it's free

Thats what i use, used A.V.G. fer years was good, but slowed me computer down, so i changed thanks to accyman.:)

Exactly the same here - used AVG until it let one through, then went to MSE...

...via Avast! but it slowed the PC down too much.

I also use Malwarebytes and Super-antispyware free edition, as well as Microsoft safety scanner(needs to be re-downloaded every 10 days)....I have also used various free online scanners, a good one is Eset online scanner.
