I'm fast giving up and getting bored with him, he claims he wants help but isn't willing to do anything to help anyone that may help, ask a question e.g what os? Answer you get is don't know, not much use, answer if he really wanted help is 'How do I find this out'?

He doesn't want help, he wants someone to do it for him.

It won't be me I'd rather spend my time drawing teeth!

He didn't waste time installing aol on his new pc. Well actually installing aol is a waste of time....but that I suppose is debatable IF certain questions was indeed answered

Well I'm certainly no expert but where aol is concerned I speak from experience (painful at that) and offer advice willingly. Advice is to move on. And if your modem is dependent on aol, ring talk talk and tell them you want one of their cheap routers
