Anti Spyware

Can anybody recommend a good Anti-spyware / Malware program? I'm currently using Zone Alarm Pro with built in anti spyware, but is seems quite inaffective. I've also been using Ad-aware SE (personal), but i'm still getting spyware on my pc. I keep getting a windows spyware message, that "pops" up about every 30 seconds (see attached picture).

erm have you tried spybot or housecall ??

Not yet, don't want to put anything on that might conflict with the other programs. I'll have a look at them though. Thanks.

House call wont do its not a download tho its a remote scanner, you should find them thro google.

spy bot is recommended as is spywareblaster

i personally use nod32
