Help!!!! Urgent
 

Spuggie cant get online .... he's using the 3 mobile broadband dongle but neither can his uncle or cousin ..... and theyre using Virgin cable ... where do i find out if there is a problem in their area?

Have had a look at virgins website and it says theres no problems up there. 3 .. because its mobile theyre not going to have anywhere


help please ........

i have one of those 3 dongles on now Jen, mine is working ok

other than going down to the 3 shop (which i know is closed) i would have gone to the 3 site.....yes ok i know i was no use whatsoever


if they are in the same area then maybe the signal is down, i wouldnt have thought that two different companies would be on the same signal though

hes back online now .... hes on msn ... but he says sky was down, virgin and 3 .....
