google "windows executable has stopped working in vista"

plenty of reasons why this can happen , have a read through and take your pick

ps:

click start and select run , in vitsa i thik theres a search bar at teh bottom near start so type run in there and itshoudl appear

type - msconfig

a box shoud appear with tabs and one tab will say start up and click on that

deselect all boxes but re tick your antivirus

restart your computer and see if you still get the error

if you dont get the error re tick teh boxes in startup one by one until you find the one causing the problem

cant realy give much better advice as i cant see it for myself and very little information to work on sorry
