not letting send messages

Hi i am trying to reply to some messages in the accyweb but it keeps saying i dont have permission have already sent some messages whats going on guys

Have ya tried using the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the page you are looking at?

yea but every now and again it keeps do it and i have to do a refresh
