Not sure if it does popups actually. I have never noticed any since using it i am guessing firefox's popup blocker was always switched on for me. But ABP is good for getting rid of those annoying adverts on websites.....

On firefox.

Goto tools
Click add ons
Click get addons then browse addons
It will bring a webpage up.
Search for Add Block Plus
Should be first in list or so. A red stop sign sorta thing with ABP in it.
Click add to firefox
then install.
Firefox will ask to restart when it does there will be a list of filters. Check USA and ok... and then no more adverts :D


If you get some on a site that it hasnt picked up you can right click them and adblock it :enough:
