Mobile phone
My other half had an accident the other day when she dropped her mobile phone and the screen went kaput, not having much time to sort a new one out she popped into Tesco and picked up a Samsung PAUG it was very expensive, it cost all of £16.95 including £10 top up calls:eek::eek::eek:Me thinks that was a good deal:D

Re: Mobile phone
I picked up a Tesco mobile free sim in the Tesco at Oswaldtwistle.
The lady behind the counter told me that if I put £10 on and registered it I would get an extra £20 credit each time I topped up a tenner. The free £20 comes off first and lasts a month, the tenner is there until it is used up. That makes it an even better deal. Trouble is I have had the same mobile number for 15 years and don't want to change, other wise I would go with Tesco. |

Yes, the leaflet which came with the free sim explained all I needed to know. It's just that I can't be bothered at the moment. I am using the Tesco sim in my phone for calls which aren't to people who need to know my number or the the Utility Companies and insurance etc who I need to inform of my new home address. I know it's a bit of a bother swapping sims over but I am just running the £30 off. The thing about the free sim at Tesco is that it shouldn't have been free. the sign on a rack said "pick up your sim here" and I did. I didn't realise that I had to pay a £1 at the till. I told the cashier a week later when I next ventured to Oswaldtwistle Teso and she told me to forget all about it. At least I was honest and mentioned it. |
