it's called socom: combined assault

it comes with a headset so you can talk online.
you can have rooms with up to 32 people in, the maps are great, you can basically do anything a real person can. you can drive cars, plant claymores and hide, wear ghillie suites and hide and snipe. you do tasks like demolition where you have to demo the enemys base or extraction, escort, convoy. theres hundreds of people on it daily. alot of people who've bought ps3's still play it because it has a better online experience and community than ps3 games.

I just put my kids online with there PS2... they are playing footy online... plugged a usb keyboard in so easier to enter passwords and ask for games..

Dunno if I fancy headphones.. I bet theres some colourfull language going on... :)

they have the not slim ps2.. i got a thing? to stick in the back of it.. given by oldest son who doesnt live here anymore. dunno what the thing is called.. goes in the expansion slot.... all you do is plug that in then stick network cable in and thats it.

sorry cant help more... i just dont know anymore .. i do know i didnt have to pay anything for a game account as i had been told in the past..

if you have a slimline it easier stan. all you need is an ethernet cable like for your broadband internet. then you can just either plug the ps2 into your router or modem's ethernet port. to get yourself a ps2 gaming handle all you need is the network access code thats with the manual of your ps2. if you want more info about what to do with the access code and how to make a handle then just PM me. if you dont have the manual for your ps2 with the access code then you can just ring up sony for one. costs about a quid to ring them.

you dont have to use the headset :P and during the day plenty of teenagers play the game and theres no harsh langauge of that sort. i tend to play the game after 9-10 at night. more older people play at that time that ive known for afew years now.
