MMmmm turning into a weekend of footy so far lol:) I really enjoyed the last years one though the legends won it so wonder which team is gonna win this year??

I've got it on the sky reminder, I just realised though Dirty Dancing is on at 8pm on channel five :( decisions ....... decisions lol! Footy wins :D or should I say Will Mellor does, I hope they actually play him and don't leave him on the subs bench though.

I agree, if only England would play with the passion those guys did tonight lol!

It was obvious the legends had the skill but celebs definately kept the pace.

There was some really rough tackles going in ........ lil Phil Oliver fronting up to Winterburn CLASS pmsl!!!! :D

They can hold their head with pride the celebs as a week of training against legends of the game. Lmao @ wilkies bandage he was a true captain, shame about Darren Campbell but even the best of em get the goal saved, tho i recon they should of done the tripple sub a bit earlier.

Good match! I thought Lawlor played well in goal - it's a thankless task.

Can I just tell you that I have actually taken a penalty against Chris Woods myself - I didn't score either so Campbell has nothing to be ashamed off! lol

Yes, a few of the legends look like they'd eaten a few good meals since their playing days. John Barnes had a spare tyre under his shirt.

Really good game of footy......celebs deserved a win for there commitment.

And remember they where some of Englands greatest players on that pitch.... there man of the match was Southall in my opinion and that says a lot.......

The only better type of footy is Stanley footy :)
