They aren't out Chav,United need 1 point from the remaining home game against Benfica, but it was enough to see Celtic through. It's the top 2 in the group that go through, its not the knockout phase yet.

Can I ask a dumb (girlie) question please? When people talk about the football team Celtic they use a soft 'C', yet when we talk about the Celtic race we use a hard 'C'. Any of you know why?

I suspect that it is because the Scots/Welsh/Irish are all Celts that the Glasgow pronunciation is soft in order to differentiate between what was the Irish Catholic team and all the rest. That's just a theory.

I asked the same question when I lived up in Glasgow.

I was told to 'mind your own business, you nosey Cassenach sunt'.;)
