does anybody else agree that arsene wenger was disrespectful to the arsenal supporters who made it to white hart lane tonight by fielding a weakened team.i personally think it was a disgrace no wonder they were leaving on 60 mins...

That was a stronger team than he fielded in the last round. The Arsenal fans know what sort of team he plays in the Carling Cup

Re: disrespect

as hes played the kids in every round my answer is NO. we n all fans know that, so the Gooners certainly do. other managers with large squads do similar, aint saying i agree, but thats the way it is.

Re: disrespect

no you would think against arsenals fiercest rivals they would play the ist team to get to wembley in fact i think it is disrespectful against the history of arsenal football club and the history of english football i hope they win nothing this season again .. i would love it sounds familiar i thinks:D but i really would love it if they won nothing..did they have reduced prices for arsenal i dont think so .trade description act ?

Re: disrespect

Wenger has said all along he would field the kids all way through the Carling Cup.. no problem.
I will add through past times I have paid a high price for tickets for myself and my son, and get a team sheet full of unknown players (once cost me around £700 all told in europe.)
Another point is that these days you may have to book /pay for tickets up to 4 weeks in advance!.. I used to go to Old Trafford when I felt like doing..no tickets.. if we were late we did'nt get in .. simple as that no matter the players.
