Real Madrid are champions of La Liga.
I am just watching on Spanish Tele.....The city of Madrid has been brought to a standstill as Real Madrid have beaten Osasuna 2 - 1 to clinch the title and do these people know how to party.
Barriers have been erected round the city square to stop the head bangers from doing any damage to the fountain.
Cars are doing circles..sounding their horns and waving banners.
In Madrid the weather is fine but in Pamplona where the match took place..it is pouring down.
The Real Madrid players are celebrating on the pitch with umbrellas...:ban:
Barcelona won 6 - 0 today but it made no difference in La Liga.
Well done Real Madrid....I am just joining friends for a drink in celebration.

I've been to Madrid twice in teh last couple of months for work. Lovely city and yes, I bet they are partying hard!!!! from what I saw they don't know what time is a good time for bed!

This match is being billed in Spain as 'La Guerra' - The War.
Some of the best players in the world will be displaying their skills.
I think that this match will be fought in the true spirit of what good football is all about.
Watch out for Lionel Messi, arguably the best player in the world just now?
