Will you be supporting Poland ?
 

Don't usually enter the world of Football threads 'cause don't know anything about it. Heard a discussion the other day, whereby the Sun newspaper were printing articles in Polish promoting them in ??? cup; a match against Germany.

Of course, they admitted this was to sell extra copies as over one million Poles in our country now, and seems to be working for them.

I thought this was rather a good idea as seemingly we are not in this competition anymore.

Will any U.K. non-Poles out there be with them, or like one listener said ... "we are out .. get real, look forward to the others close to us getting beat !"

We have always been close allies in the past, so why not on the football field ?

Well to be quite honest I probably won't watch that much now England aren't there, and really don't givea monkeys who wins so long as its not France or Germany:rolleyes:

not really interested in the poles, tomoshevski or whatever his name was peed me off with them decades ago.:p still remember Brian Cloughs famous quote.:D

Good idea. Problem is tryin to find apub full o Poles so you can enjoy the atmosphere.
Also we could count how many Polish flags are flyin out o windows during the tournament.
