I think the maximum he can be fined is 2 weeks wages entwisi, its how many games he'll be band from European games that will decide if he stays at Chelski or not, whey'll want a goal scorer on the field not sat in the stands

They were talking about a six months all competition ban this morning, I dont think it will do too much harm to chelski, drogba only performs when he sees fit, prima donna at its best.

a six month ban would be over the top..Drogba did lose it with the ref but similar stuff has gone on without talk of six months, Chelsea's captian John Terry didn't hold back either in fact most of the team got involved.
I reckon the powers that be should be looking in the direction of punishment for Chelsea FC if they have such unruly playing staff.

The thing is Mancie, JT was probably the only one who was entitled to have a go at the ref as he is the Captain, which is allowed with the respect thingy

quite right but at the same time Terry, as captian, has a responsability to make an effort to keep his team in some kind of order...but he made no attempt..the same goes for any captian.

Ya can't argue with that Mancie, it is up to the captain to set an example and at least keeps is own team mates in order on and off the field

agreed, think capello would be wise to "Boot" him as captain, he's no example to set nations kids, he even defended dogmucks actions at the time.:rolleyes:

just watching the behavior of Drogba and co again on Sky...Paul Merson has just pionted out that the previous evening Fletcher got a dubious red card and misses the final.... he must have been even more gutted than Drogba but he simply walks off...no antics, no waving arms around..complete contrast to Chelski players.

don't think thats the best comparison, united his club were through to the final.:)

The thing is Fletcher new he was going to miss the final, because the ref made a howler, but didn't make any scene, just walked of with his head down
