Not far wrong there Raver, with the state of our paper thin squad at the moment.

In all honesty I think Jamie will find his level in the Conference/BSP/whatever its name is now. He only seems to score against that standard of defending.
I really don't think his lack of product at League 2 level was anything to do with him receiving poor service from our players (which no one will debate against - even Mullin isn't getting the service required to fill the onion bag). Clarke simply hasn't got the desire to fulfil his potential. If he strapped on a pair I think he could become a succesful League 2 player.

Good to hear about some of Rovers' young players doing well. I've seen Kane and Bunn play and they look promising. Is Treacy in the first team squad now? Seeing as he didn't play in this mickey mouse cup?

all in jest matey all in jest ...;):D....

treacy has been in n around the 1st team this season....seems to have taken over from segio peter who left earlier in jan...just hope treacy doesnt do the same as peter...get there then balls it up...he has the talent along with many other young uns !!!

Well if he's given a fair run he'll prove himself. He's something of an old fashioned footballer and reminds me of an early Gareth Barry from what I've seen of his games for Ireland. Given the right cultivation he'll be one to watch.

Think your right shaker, he will probably get a far crack of the whip with Big Sam as he seems to have the knack of getting the best out of players

Looks like Sam is concentrating on the defence, he's brought French International defender Gael Givet in on loan from Marseille, till the end of the season

Allardyce Arrested

Blackburn Rovers manager, Sam Allardyce, spent a night in the cells after being arrested whilst attempting to break into a cigarette vending machine. When questioned by detectives, Allardyce said: "I was only after ten players".
